Como parte de nuestro protocolo de garantía, si decide utilizar una tarjeta de débito o crédito durante el check-in, se puede retener temporalmente un monto equivalente al total estimado, incluyendo cualquier costo adicional hasta la fecha de salida, en su cuenta. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que esta retención puede no ser liberada hasta 72 horas después de la fecha de salida, o posiblemente más tiempo, dependiendo de las políticas de su proveedor de tarjeta.
1. Pago anticipado: Para garantizar su reserva, se requiere un depósito equivalente al 50% o US$100, lo que sea mayor, al momento de realizar la reserva. Este depósito se cargará a la tarjeta de crédito proporcionada durante el proceso de reserva.
2. Flexibilidad en fechas: Ofrecemos flexibilidad para modificar su reserva con al menos 7 días de anticipación. Además, puede cambiar las fechas y utilizar su reserva en una fecha alternativa hasta 6 meses después del check-in original, sujeto a disponibilidad y tarifas vigentes. El pago restante se cobrará el día del nuevo check-in.
3. Cancelación y cambios: Si necesita cancelar o realizar modificaciones en su reserva dentro de los 7 días previos a la fecha de llegada, se cobrará el pago restante el día del check-in original. No obstante, su reserva no se perderá y tendrá la opción de reprogramar su estadía para una fecha alternativa hasta 6 meses después del check-in original, sujeto a disponibilidad y tarifas vigentes.
4. No presentación: En caso de no presentarse sin previo aviso, perderá el depósito cargado a la tarjeta de crédito durante el proceso de reserva.
5. Festivos: Esta política no aplica durante los días festivos.

To secure your reservation, a credit card is necessary. As part of our guarantee protocol, if you choose to use a debit or credit card during check-in, an amount equivalent to the estimated total, including any additional costs until the departure date, may be temporarily held in your account. Please be aware that this hold may not be released until 72 hours after the departure date or possibly longer, depending on your card provider's policies.

1. Prepayment: To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% or US$100, whichever is greater, is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to the provided credit card during the reservation process.

2. Date flexibility: We offer flexibility to modify your reservation with at least 7 days' notice. Additionally, you can change the dates and utilize your reservation on an alternative date up to 6 months after the original check-in, subject to availability and prevailing rates. The remaining payment will be collected on the day of the new check-in.
3. Cancellation and changes: If you need to cancel or make modifications to your reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining payment will be charged on the original check-in day. However, your reservation will not be lost, and you will have the option to reschedule your stay for an alternative date up to 6 months after the original check-in, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
4. No show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, you will forfeit the deposit charged to the credit card during the reservation process.
5. Holidays: Does not apply during holidays, where the non-refundable policy is the only one that applies.
