Master Suite: Located in a separate wing within the villa, the Master Suite boasts 3 private terraces and stunning sea views from its spacious bathroom, bedroom, and office. The suite features a large walk-in closet that connects to a private office and one of the upper floor terraces, where you can enjoy 360-degree views of Playa Destiladeros via a modern staircase with an impressive architectural design. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, fan, cable TV, Apple TV, Ethernet and Wi-Fi internet connection, safe, sea view, and direct access to the covered terrace leading to the pool.
Suite 2: This beautiful suite features a small outdoor patio that can also be accessed and offers spectacular sea views. Suite 3: This spacious suite consists of a main bedroom connected to a smaller interconnecting room. The main bedroom features three twin beds, while the interconnecting room is equipped with a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Suite 4: With sea views and bordering an estuary, this suite features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Suite 5: The most private of all the suites as it is located on the ground floor of the villa facing the sea. ● Exclusive Access: Complete and private use of the villa.● Beach Access: Direct access to Playa Destiladeros.● Breakfasts: Daily breakfast is included.● Wine: Two bottles of wine provided daily.● Cook: A cook is available to prepare meals during your stay.● Domestic Staff / Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is provided to maintain the villa and ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout your stay.● Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi internet access.● Warm Welcome: Complimentary welcome drinks upon your arrival.● Airport Pickup: Transportation from Pedasi airport to the villa.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
● Initial Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total vacation rental amount is needed.● Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel more than 90 days before the check-in date, we will refund your deposit minus a charge equivalent to one night's rate and any applicable fees. For cancellations made within 90 days of check-in, you'll forfeit 50% of your initial deposit (equal to 25% of the total reservation cost).● Full Payment: The balance of your rental charge is due 60 days before your check-in date. For reservations during the holiday period, full payment is due by October 1st. There are no refunds after this payment is made.● Holiday Reservations: Bookings for the Christmas & New Year period become non-refundable after August 1st.● Forms of Payment: We do not accept credit cards for Villa rentals. Payments must be made by wire or bank transfer.● Unutilized Reservations: There are no refunds for unused nights, late arrivals, or early departures. Extensions for late departures or additional nights might be available for an added fee, subject to availability.● Non-payment: Reservations might be canceled (with applicable cancellation fees) if the required payments aren't made by the above-stated dates.
