1. Prepayment: To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to the provided credit card during the reservation process. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of check-in.
2. Date flexibility: We offer flexibility to modify your reservation with at least 7 days' notice. Additionally, You have the flexibility to modify the dates and make use of your reservation on an alternative date until September 30, 2023, subject to availability and prevailing rates. The remaining payment will be collected on the day of the new check-in.
3. Cancellation and changes: If you need to cancel or make modifications to your reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining payment will be charged on the original check-in day. However, your reservation will not be lost, and you will have the option to reschedule your stay for an alternative date until September 30, 2023 from the original check-in date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
4. No show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, you will forfeit the deposit charged to the credit card during the reservation process.
5. Restrictions: Minimum 2 nights. Shared boat with departures from Playa el Arenal. Rate for maximum unit occupancy capacity. Not valid with other promotions or offers.

1. Pago anticipado: Para garantizar su reserva, se requiere un depósito equivalente al 50% al momento de realizar la reserva. Este depósito se cargará a la tarjeta de crédito proporcionada durante el proceso de reserva. El saldo restante será cobrado el día del check-in.

3. Cancelación y cambios: Si necesita cancelar o hacer modificaciones en su reserva dentro de los 7 días previos a la fecha de llegada, se cobrará el pago restante en el día original del check-in. Sin embargo, su reserva no se perderá y tendrá la opción de reprogramar su estadía para una fecha alternativa hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2023 desde la fecha original del check-in, sujeto a disponibilidad y tarifas vigentes.
4. No presentación: En caso de no presentarse sin previo aviso, perderá el depósito cargado a la tarjeta de crédito durante el proceso de reserva.
5. Restricciones: Estancia mínima de 2 noches. Bote compartido con salidas desde Playa el Arenal. Tarifa válida para la capacidad máxima de ocupación de la unidad. No válido con otras promociones u ofertas.
